What we collect
The form collects your name, email, selected market, system interest, project stage and project description. Company, phone and area/timing details are optional for homeowners; a company name is required for professional partnership enquiries. We also record submission time, consent, a unique enquiry reference and a limited set of campaign labels and landing-page paths.
Why we use it
We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, coordinate agreed follow-up and protect the form against abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry data. We seek your agreement before sharing identifiable project information with a proposed local partner beyond what is needed for our service providers to operate the site.
Hosting, processing and location
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, D1 database storage and Turnstile anti-abuse verification. Its infrastructure may process information across countries. Enquiries are reviewed by our team in China. Internal email alerts go to our authorised operator’s Gmail inbox and contain a reference and protected dashboard link, not the form’s contact details or project description. By submitting, you acknowledge this cross-border handling for the purpose of your enquiry.
Security and website storage
The protected enquiry desk requires an access key. Form submissions use encrypted transport, validation and rate limiting. Rate-limit identifiers use a salted hash rather than storing the raw IP address in our enquiry database. Cloudflare processes request and device information as part of its services. Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We do not deploy advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics on this initial website. Limited campaign labels may be held in browser session storage to retain the source of an enquiry; names, contact details and project text are not stored there. Essential security technology may process browser information needed to verify submissions.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries marked as tests, and inactive enquiries in specified unreviewed or closed/lost states, are scheduled for deletion after one year. Active project records may be retained for the duration of discussion and applicable business or legal needs, with periodic review. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact, subject to applicable obligations and identity verification. Deletion from active systems may precede expiry of provider backups and technical logs.
What not to send
Do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. Share drawings and any confidential project documents only through a channel agreed with the team.
